Try not be too upset.
I'd an emergency section on my first baby which knocked people back a day and I felt so guilty.
I'm sure there is good reason there is a delay.

Be gald your bubba is safe and grab a cup of tea while your waiting x

Stupid *** hospitals.  Im sorry but im sorda in the same boat right now my hospitol is booked up all next week so I might not fit in to be scheduled unless I go into full blown natural labor. Doubt that'll happen..

I would be upset to, regardless of the circumstances. You could just called and said please plan to come in a few hours later! How hard is it to be considerate of others!! Waiting is not much fun during a SCHEDULED appt, at least not more than two hours! I wish you all the best, try not to let it get the best of you!!

I had to wait a fill day till they checked me, then another 24 hours until there was room for me on the labour ward. It is annoying at the time but nothing they can do!

If a woman comes in and she's already in labor she takes precedence over those waiting to be induced. Would you want to rushed and harried through your labor? I had to wait an extra 4 hours for my induction simply because they didn't have a bed.
