In 32 and 5 2nd preg. Only gained 20lbs but with first only gained 2lb. And she was 7lbs at birth. Very healthy baby. Starting weight for both 98lbs. Went back to my usual weight in weeks. Once u r eating healthy there is no reason to worry

I'm 32 weeks and have gained 17...I'm also small to begin with (I can still wear a size zero and this is my 4th child) although the doc has been on me about gaining more I'm still in the safe zone and they said to just keep trying and not worry. If I were you I wouldn't stress as long as baby is growing good you are fine.

It may just depend on the pregnancy/woman's body. My first pregnancy I gained 44lbs and my second I only gained 6 total.
