I drive a good 45 minutes to work 3 days a week and in this third trimester I have a lot of hip and lower back pain. I sometimes get pretty intense contractions related to a full bladder sometimes.

During my last pregnancy it was about 45 min to 1hr and a half drive to work on freeway. It was really hard especially during the 1st trimester.  I had so much nausea. The way I dealt with it mentally was putting a plastic bag next to me so if I did throw up I wouldnt make a mess in the car. Id just pull over with my blinkers on. Thank God that never was necessary. I would take my breakfast in the morning and eat on the way and eat snacks on the way back. I'd drive on slower lanes to be safe. Good luck. You can do it!

I drive that for my doctor appointments.  Lol. It's not bad just make sure to pee before you leave.
