severe pain?

Hey ladies. I need some suggestions please. I am in a severe amount of pain and have been for almost 48 hours any time I stand or walk or try to roll over in bed. I really don't know how to describe it other than my vagina feels brusied and broken inside. I am ok just sitting and not moving. What is this?  I called my dr yesterday who just said its normal and gave me no suggestions. Surely something has to help?

I called and made an appointment with a chiropractor and physiotherapist that specializes in pregnancy to see what I can learn and if I can get any relief that way. I can't be in this much pain for the next 11 plus weeks.

Don't take ibuprofen at any point in pregnancy unless your doctor deems the benefit outweighs the risk- and line mentioned not at all past 30 weeks.  Tylenol is considered safe at any point though.  You should go in and get checked mama. There could be a variety of reasons for your pain and there very well may be a treatable reason.

I have the very same thing.  Its terrible! My doc thinks its varicos veins but they don't see any down there. Unfortunately there really is nothing you can do but just deal with the pain. I've had it since I was 25 weeks I'm 32 weeks now.  I found ibuprofen and warm baths helped but now that I'm 32 weeks I cant take ibuprofen. Good luck!

How far along are you? Sadly it is normal, but you can always try a moist heat pack, 5 min on and 5 min off at the top of your pelvic area. Might relax the muscles a little and give you some relief...other then that Tylenol may help.
