I never forget when pregnant with my first he's almost 18, my dr told me when a leg cramp starts stretch my toes up towards my head. Omg it hurts but STOPS them almost instantly....  Also I've heard WATER Water Water. Drink loads of it and that's supposed to help. I've had 3 back surgeries in sympathize with the back / sciatica pain. I use heating pad and Tylenol..  Rough not alot to use. Don't lay flat on ur back. Try loads of pillows for added support around you and ur belly.. Good luck :)

Eat bananas with lots if brown spots. Drink lots of fluids. Stretch your feet towards your head. There are so many yoga pregnancy stretches you can do to relieving the pain/pressure. I go to a chiropractor, or I'd be popping pain meds all day, which is not healthy overall for me or baby. Lol. I suggest finding one that has experience adjusting pregnant women.
