As soon as possible I think. You shouldn't waste any time getting prepared for your baby. My be is a procrastinator.  I'm 31 weeks and only have cloths and a few other thing

25 weeks is not early! But remember if you have a baby shower ppl like to buy "fun" items! Im due in August and have 300 size 1 diapers, and 2 boxes of size 2! This is baby #2 so I don't need anything really. You do what you want to be ready!

I am 24wks and have 5 boxes of diapers, a huge box of wipes, about 20 outfits in different sizes and I am just waiting for the travel system to be back in stock to purchase it.

It's never too early. And it is easier to spread out over time unless you have a lot of money. You are plenty far enough along to be preparing anyway. Don't want to wait until the last minute... never know what will happen! Plus as they said, helps avoid some stress..

Id definitely start buying things now. Things add up even after a baby shower

Spreading it out and starting early is smart. We are doin the same thing. Bits and pieces here and there.

It's never to early to shop. With my first we started buying stuff right away so we could spread it all out over paychecks and wouldn't be stressed about rushing to find what we want in the end. I find It less stressful to take my time and get what I actually want.
