I am 22 weeks + 2 and my little girl is moving a lot and kicking me really hard but it's different since yesterday.she's still moving a lot but her kicks are not that strong as it used to be.is it normal? Should I be worried? I have an appointment tomorrow.is it OK to wait till tomorrow morning?

Please don't stress. They move A LOT right now. Depending on where they are, the kicks will change. I'm also 22w and sometimes I don't feel her for hours, then she has a spazz attack and ninjas me for an hour lol. I'm sure all is well

Yes they can change their intensity daily reasoning being they change positions and whatnot. It is a reasonable fear though but as long as you're getting at least 10 movements per hour all is normal. :-) esp since you have an app tomorrow and if you feel it necessary you can ask for a stress test to help put your mind at ease. :-)

As long as she's moving you're probably fine until tomorrow morning :) but if you feel like something is really wrong then of course call/ go in sooner. Good luck ♡
