Yes you need to contact your dr. I was in the ER for two days from a bad fall. Dr. thought my placenta had an abruption from the uterus wall. They wanted to get my baby via c section and am only 27wks. A fall can be very dangerous, please see your dr. so the can make sure your baby and you aren't in any danger.
Then you should do the logical thing and call your doctor.
