36 wks 5 days. What can I take for chest congestion and cold? It always turns into a sinus infection and I'm trying hard to prevent that this time. This would be my 3rd one during this pregnancy.

Thank you all. It hasn't turned into a sinus infection yet, I just can't seem to get rid of it at this point

My doctor told me that any of the Tylenol cold and sinus products were safe just take the lowest dosage every 4 hours as needed

It's super nasty, but works like a charm- apple cider vinegar

My doc told me it was fine to take Tylenol sinus, stay within dosing guidelines. Also a humidifier and if you don't want to use Vicks on your body (i did no issue) put it in a wax warmer next to you. Feel better!

Water, water, and more water- otherwise I'm not sure how to keep it from turning into a sinus infection- do feel better soon!
