Ur experiences ladies.

As you ladies reached 30 wks and on did you guys start feeling more cramped especially at nite as ur trying to sleep or early in the morninh whenever u wake up? I had the worst shooting sharp pain at 2 am and it was so bad it spread to my lower back and my abdomen rite above my bladder was sooo hard and hurt I couldn't even sit up.  Was that a contraction or the bany stretching. She's never stretched like that before and the pain was so bad for 3 or 4 min I thought I was going to cry. It went away and I fell asleep. Then kept waking up feeling cramped and full like I couldn't breathe. Same when I woke back up this morning. Have you ladies experienced this? Bte I am 29 wks +1day

I'm 30+2 and my little man likes to sit on my sciatoc nerve which sends shooting pain from my lower back down my buttock & right thigh & makes my foot go numb. He also likes to pushbon a nerve in my groin that sends shooting pain through my lower abdomen. He's super active & getting comfortable to sleep is really awkward, plus I still work 30-40 hours a week and am on my feet on concrete floors for most of that, so my hips, knees & ankles hurt every day. It *****, but I know it will be worth it.

I had that recently as well (I'm 32+5). I think mine might have been the baby sitting on a nerve. I was in alot of pain for about 20 minutes, then about a minute or two after my baby moved to the front of my stomach I got some relief.
