Im only 7 wks 4 days. Im a first time mom so I'm sorry if this sounds silly but can I sleep on my stomach? Also, when i have sex is it ok to be in the missionary position? If he lays on me is that dangerous? I know Im not technically showing because it's too soon but I'm bloated from water weight. Please be kind!

You can sleep on your stomach and have sex in the missionary position, as well as do anything else you'd normally do throughout your entire pregnancy or until it becomes uncomfortable.
I'm 28w and still sleeping on my stomach, and I'm sporting a big old belly.
Add long as you're comfortable and not pushing your body too hard you can do anything. I had all the same concerns in my first pregnancy too.
