sleep

I'm 18 weeks+5 and having an awful time sleeping for the last like 5 weeks. I use extra pillows already to put between my legs and to keep myself from sleeping on my back. My hips just bother me so much so fast on either side. Anyone else have this problem or had it and found a solution?

Get used to it. Sadly it won't get any better. I'm 40 weeks now & between the acid reflux & one side of my body always going numb, nothing helps. Baths are nice but the pain comes back soon as I get out. I have 10 pillows on my bed & sleep w a body pillow folded between my knees. It helps somewhat but then I have to situate my stomach just right so it doesn't feel like it's being pulled & then my back & side go to sleep after a while so I wake up & have to slowly roll over. It'll all b worth it. Good luck!

Falling asleep is no problem.  I'm put within a half hour of getting into bed. I'm debating trying a rice sock under my hip, I'm just not sure I could get comfortable like that. My doctor would just prefer I not use a heating pad, especially at bed.
