Back pain please help

I have the most unbearable back pain. I can't walk, sit, lay down or anything to relieve it. It is down really low right above my left buttcheek. Why is this happening and what can I do to help it?

I meant: I have to just suck it up.. But try a heating pad or ice or massage.
