Does anyone know anything to help constipation I've tried miralax and stool softens but it doesn't help
Asian pear was the solution for me. Give it a try
Also if your able try just sitting in a squatting position that always helped a bit with getting things moving.
Drink plenty of fluids, daily fiber and stool softeners. Have you been hit with the dreaded hemorrhoids yet?
