Walking and swimming, or aqua aerobics. Low impact group fitness.

I do body balance at least once a week, which is like yoga and pilates mixed together. It's good for flexibility.

Good question! I think eating a balanced and healthy diet is ur best bet. I don't mean good low fat sugar free everything, but be cautious to what u eat, when and how much. Walking is a good way to keep urself active.

I do about 45 minutes of cardio/walking a day, squats, other leg and butt exercises too(that are safe for me to do while pregnant).. it just is getting a little more difficult the further along I am getting:)

I go on walks everyday, do squats, an I do stretches  like I'll lean to one side and hold it for about 40secs then do the other side. It helps you to not get big love handles :))

Do u workout now? U can pretty much stay in the same routine u just will have to modify things as u get further along. U just don't want to start something new. I did a lot of swimming and cycling in the beginning of this pregnancy.

I try and stay active by walking. It's great exercise Sand works lots of muscles and cardio. Walking outside is great too cuz there are inclines and declines. Just don't do to much. Your body will gain what it needs and it will have a reserve after because if you breastfeed it will need that stored fat to produce milk.
