strange cravings

Is it normal to crave salt and sour foods?. I'm 8 Weeks and crave these!!. I also heard that this is a sign the baby may be a boy??.

no cravings cant determine the sex thats an old wives tale becuse according that that i should have a girl and he def a boy

Yea I uses to eat pickles with lemon lime salt on them Lol but I stopped cause thats alot of sodium. Im having a girl and have craved everything. Each week to two weeks it changes.

Sour and salty foods are the best for morning sickness. That may have a little to do with it. The old wives tale is that salty, sour, and earthy craving means a boy. Sweet, fruity, fresh tastes mean girl. But with my oldest son I wanted sweets all the time... so I don't know how well that works lol

I'm eight weeks also and the only thing I've really craved is Wendy's frosty with fries dipped in it. Other than that I'm lucky if food sounds good at all!
