Ill get cocoa butter nd apply then ill buy mederma:) lol
Maybr now boobs also get stretch marks but i didnt thank God! Just lower bottom belly :/
When did you monmas first start getting them? I'm 12wks+1dy (first pregbancy) and my belly has grown a bit, and my boobs grew OUT OF THIS WORLD big, in fact that's what made me think I was pregnant to begin with. My pre-preg weight was 116lbs and even though my body has "expanded " no sign of them on my belly or boobs.
I dont know if its an old wives tale, but they say scratching your belly makes them worse. I am embarrased to say, but I have a 7 month old, and my stomache is terrible. I have huge purple ones all over my tummy that havent gone away. I wish I would have tried all the lotions etc, amd not scratched. :( I do have a beautiful baby girl in exchange though.
U should be able to get mederma at ur local Walmart, shopko, kmart, etc. Pure lavender oil also helps...
I was using coco butter and oil. I'm 9 months and just got stretch marks. So, I went and bought mederma. The stretch marks are disappearing even though I'm still getting bigger. Mederma seems to be working. I do believe stretch marks are hereditary, but as with anything hereditary, it can skip generations because my sister didn't get any stretch marks and me and my mom both have them. I've also tried vitamin e and tea tree oil. The stretch marks didn't disappear until I used mederma. It's a bit pricey though.
I think they're hereditary. Buuut Apricot Oil is the absolute best oil for hair and skin. It keeps the skin more supple & elastic. I used it and didn't start getting a few light stretch marks under by belly button until 38+ weeks.
My mom never had them but I have them and 1 of my sisters had them but not the other.. Not certain if they are hereditary but don't think so. It has to do with the elasticity of your skin. I used login with my first pregnancy and still got them. But no they don't go away just lighten up after a while and aren't so purple.
Bio oil is what i use im 7months n only a a few on my boobs no where else
Cocoa butter is the best to use, I would apply it 3 or 4 times a day... I don't believe they go away. They are also hereditary... Good luck
