tears of joy!

I am currently 11weeks1day. I have to admit these past few weeks have gone by so slow. I felt like I wasn't pregnant, I felt no symptoms. At 6weeks1day I got an ultrasound done &  my boyfriend and I got to see our little joy. I was so happy I cried & my boyfriend said he should have recorded me saying "look baby, our little baby on his/her way" he said that not only did he seen tears of happiness he also heard it in my voice. And today being 11wweks1day along with my pregnancy I can feel much more relief since my Dr said that both my uterus and baby's heartbeat sound perfectly great. Hearing the heartbeat and Dr telling me that brought tears of joy. I wished I had a best friend to share my happiness with. My best friend and I has gone separate way and it just breaks my heart. Sorry for the very long story I just had to share. Thanks for reading. :')

That is so sweet! I cried the first time my husband and I heard our baby's heartbeat as well. It's one of the greatest sounds ever!!
My best friend is my husband so I do understand you also wanting to share this magical time with a close female friend along with your significant other. It would be nice to be able to go shopping with a friend and when you are having a craving and instead of bothering your man, just call your friend and go and grab a bite to eat. So I do get it. I do wish you so much luck!

I know it was such a great feeling hearing my baby's heartbeat. And yes even though my boyfriend is my best friend as well I would love to have a female best friend to go shopping and have baby ideas etc its just not the same as with him. All this excitement just makes me wanna scream it to the world. I have only told my close family and my boyfriend family as of now til further notice later in my next appointments. Thanks for listening though. I really had to vent a bit. Much love.

That's great! It gets even better from here :-). Don't worry you'll get so wrapped up in your baby, your boy friend, and family that you'll probably be like "best who??" My 1st son was my little bff for a long time! I'm glad you and baby are doing well!

My hubby isn't a very emotional person. He was just raised that way. So I cried and he stared at the screen and didn't talk for at least 5 mins. Dr had left the room and I was getting dressed before he said a word and it was "ok I'm a daddy. Ill meet you at the car." I finished up with the Dr and went to the car and he was calling EVERYONE. I MEAN EVERYONE we knew with a huge smile. It was cute but no tears.

At youngnewmommy aww how cute he didn't show any emotions but caught him in a different world of excitement. My boyfriend and I found out we were pregnant 12-18-13 and we decided to tell our families on Christmas day. Lol but he was just too excited that he told his family that same day I mean i tell you he was so excited that that he couldn't sleep of how much excited he was. I did end up telling my family on Christmas day. :) overall its been nothing but excitement
