telling the boss

Im a working mom already and am almost 6 weeks pregnant with our 2nd. (4th with 2 step kids). We have another girl leaving for mat leave in about 2 months and are having troubles fillingher position already...im sooo nervous to tell my boss...any creative/fun ideas to tell her that may ease her mind a little about this new little surprise!?

I would wait to tell her until your 2nd trimester. I told my boss by accident with this pregnancy lol. My dentist office called me and I was walking down the hall (I thought I was alone) and explained to them that I couldnt have xrays at my appt since I am expectiing. I had no clue that she was even there so I told her and she was really surprised and excited for me =)

I'd wait til after the first trimester just to be safe. No need to worry her until then. After that they've got plenty of time to find someone to fill in and it's not really your problem if they don't.  
I've never had the type of boss that was really good wih stuff like this so I couldn't tell you how to actually break it to her...
