tests during pregnancy

This is my 3rd pregnancy im 14wks :-)
my first pregnancy was back in 2005 i had a normal healthy pregnanc

Nothing is 100% in terms of tests being accurate.  But overall the tests are on point. I'd rather know of a potential problem before hand so I can prepare for it. God luck and congrats on your pregnancy:)

Yeah I don't like those tests because I've heard the same thing.  I do not take them.  Because either way I will love my baby and at least will not spend my whole pregnancy worrying over something that might or might not be true.

My son is now 9 (server learning disability cannot talk has had strokes)
2Nd back in 2008 (hes fine)
Im prepared but wondering if these test are as acruate as they claim as ive met serveral mums over the years that have had tests for down sydrome spina bifida that have come back low risk yet go on to have children woth these conditions visa versa high risk yet have healthy babies
