tingling feet
does anyone else suffer with this its driving me nuts and stopping me sleeping!!! any ideas how to stop it?? xx
I have the tingaling in my arms and hands...my doctor said it was because of my changing blood volume (12 weeks). I have found putting my arms up above my heart really helps...maybe putting your legs up while you sleep would help out :) good luck
