pregnancy carpal tunnel?

Is anyone else experiencing carpal tunnel while pregnant? I'm 39 weeks and I notice when I'm sleep I'll wake up with excruciating pain in my wrists and fingers.  Sometimes they go numb. I have to sleep like I'm laying in a casket so the blood can flow down to my fingers. .. ugh

Im glad to know I'm not the only one!  Im 35 weeks and my hand and fingertips have been numb for about a week...Ive been drinkinh chamomille tea, doesnt help much with swelling although I've read it should, but it helps me relax

Wrist braces for carpal tunnel work wonders. You can get them anywhere like walmart, walgreens, cvs, target, amazon. Just make sure they are for carpal tunnel. Usually have a hard splint for the wrist and hand to sit on and soft around. I sleep with them on and it helps a lot

I had it terrible with my daughter.  I had to get fitted for special braces for both hands. My hands were completely useless lol. I still say it was the worst pregnancy symptom I ever had. They would even hurt and fall asleep at work  ( I am a server ) and when I was on the phone.

I use a brace at night and have to grab the heating pad sometimes during the night bc I wake up hurting very bad! My doctor said that's pretty much all you can do....

Stick to sleeping on your left side for better blood flow
