How can you tell if your having twins in your second pregnancy? I am 6 weeks. With my first I wanted lemonade. I can't stand the smell of chocolate or Carmel and I have zero cravings. Help?

An ultrasound is the only way to know.
I don't think going by cravings u can tell how many babies u having hun. U will have to wait for an ultrasound. Unless twins run in your or your partners families.
