unwanted advice

Does anybody else get fed up of friends, neighbours or people at work stopping you doing things (lifting 'heavy' things, bending to pick something up etc) because of being pregnant? I find it frustrating because it's my body & if I feel I can manage to lift something then it's fine!
I think none pregnant people should let us pregnant people make the decision & ask if we need help with lifting.
What are other people opinions?

They actually yell at me for.doing stupid things. Or I get "you're not sleeping enough" "you need to eat more" on top of what I need to get the baby and what I need to do...I've done this before.  So annoying!

I'm actually having a hard time with my back, plus I have a stressful job, so I take anyone willing up on their offer to help. What I get sick of, is people telling me what to name the baby, how many more kids I should have, etc. etc. As if they had any right.
