conceive pregnancy issue

Here is my ultrasound report.
Anteverted measures approx 76mmX49mmX39mm appears normal in shape & echopattern.NO definite intrauterine gestation sac or products of conception seen .Endometrial lining thin

Left OVARY-Volume-10.2 appears normal in shape & echopatters.NO obvious focal lesion seen.a few follicles measuring approx 4-10mm seen
Right OVARY-Volume-12.5 appears normal in shape & echopatters.NO obvious focal lesion seen.a few follicles measguring approx 4-21mm see

-No significant fluid seen in cul-de-sac

I could not conceive pregnancy in last 2years.Tell me what i do.?

I'm not understanding. Husbands sperm was checked and they reccomended something? Sounds like daddies soldiers might be firing wrong?!

I got my cycle on 27th Dec.What i do as a next step.Should i directly consult with the my doctor.

Earlier we show the husband semon report to doctor and doctor said that its ok but suggest to take Siotone Capsule.

As per doctor earlier was a layer in me but it is destroy now.Please suggest so i take further step to get pregnant asap.

You should consult your doctor to refer you to specialist... After two yrs of trying you n ur husband probably need  medical advice... Your doctor should ask for your husbands semen analysis as this is very important.. If semen are weak or there are major issues thn u ll be needing extra help such IVF treatment or IUI... They need to get ur tubes checked whether thy are open... If u had u/s on 12/11/12 thn u should hve ovulated in next few days.. Have you gotten ur cycle yet.. If not hve u performed a pregnancy test...

Pcos= polycystic ovarian syndrome u cn search it online... Its pretty common infertility problem in women... Symptoms include irregular cycles.. Extra facial hair.. Obese or highly underweight...etc.. But ur doctors need to perform anothwr u/s of ur ovaries... Best of luck n i hope u find out soon what could be the problem...

this U/S taken day(8th NOV 2012) was 12-13th approx of my Cycle.No they did not tell me any thing about how thing endometrial linning.

What does mean of PCOS signs.I get married before 2years and we did regular sex in these two years but i could not conceive pregnancy.I am very much worry about it.Can you please suggest me what exactly the problem and what i do to conceive pregnancy as soon as possible.Is there any thing which make me worried.How i can conceive pregnancy this month.My cycle will start in next 6-8days.they are regular.

I will really appreciate your help.

you should start having sex now as you are close to ovulation.. 21mm follicle means you are about to ovulate through your right ovary.. did they tell you how many follicles were produced in both ovaries.. any follicle above 18mm is a sign that you are more likely to ovulate very soon and conception chances are alot...

I dont see much of PCOS signs as in poly cystic ovaries follicles do not go above 7mm and they get absorbed in body..

every thing else looks great.. which day of your Cycle this U/S taken?Also did they tell anything about how thin your Endometrial linning is?

im not really sure have you talked to a doctor about this what did they say ?
