19 weeks and no weight gain??

I am still down 5 pounds from my prepregnancy weight. I eat a lot! Snack all day long. I wouldn't say I have changed my diet at all. We still eat out a couple times a week. I don't know what to do. I feel like the baby isn't growing, I have a little belly. I am over weight so im sure its better to not gain very much verse gaining a ton. But I just don't want anything to be wrong with our baby. Anyone else having problems gaining?

Like I said. I was overweight whatsoever and doctors wanted to have me gain 25+ lbs and I ended up not having the "talk" haha. But, I wouldn't worry about it..when they do your ultrasound they will see that the baby is healthy size and all!! The baby is probably taking everything from you this time around:)

I was also down 8 pounds:) my midwife just said if I hadn't gained any weight by my next Appt we would talk about it. Because I should gain something. I had to go see a doctor for another problem yesterday and my weight is still the same. With my son I couldn't stop gaining so its completely different for me

I'm in my 19th week as well and down 5lbs from my prepregnancy as well. Initially I was down 8lbs but I gained back 3lbs in the past month and nothing else since then. My doctor says it's ok since I'm not actually losing but no huge concern since the baby is so small at this point. I was very worried since I didn't have much weight to lose but my doctor reassured me it was ok... so speak to ur doctor, everyone's different he/she will def give u more clarity.

No worries! I was not considered over weight before pregnancy.. however, I am 36 weeks and still weigh the same as my pre pregnancy weight.. doctors arent concerned because baby and I are healthy and growing at the exact rate we are suppose to:)
