experiencing low self-esteem

37 weeks this Thursday. First timer. I had been feeling pretty good my entire pregnancy up till this point. I have two more weeks of work and then I begin maternity leave. I work at a dealership and the customers and coworkers are getting extremely irritating to me. I am done with all the comments from them and having to just smile or answer kindly. The "you're so huge!" Comment hurts. The comments about food or eating alot are starting to bother me. And the comments about my gaining wieght in my face REALLY hurt. I was a size 3, little tiny before I got pregnant. I cant wait to get back to my  old size and stop feeling so miserable.  My body already hurts and now my feelings hurt:/ Anyone else feel the same?

37 wks here and I totally understand u! Feeling ugly and fat is something I never wanted to feel again after loosing 140 lbs!!!!! But now I'm all those things again and will have to work so hard to get it off again! I feel like there is a long road in front of me and I'm just hoping I can run threw it! We can do this a size 3 is awesome but I'm sure u would be happy just to fit in ur own sweats! Lol I know I would! We will get past this and it will all be a thing of the past! Good luck and don't let anyone bring u down cause there not on ur level!

Hey, I feel the same way :) I wasn't a 3 by no means but I had a style and cute clothes! Right now I feel very unattractive and BLAH! WHAT kills me are the amount of little old ladies who come up to me and just say whatever comes to mind. It's like everyone totally lost their filter when I became pregnant..I haven't taken any belly pics and I run from the camera. I am so happy about my baby Girl but I am struggling with self esteem issues. I just feel gross. So don't feel alone. I definitely don't feel like I am glowing!

Awww mama! Don't be sad! People are *** hats sometimes! Give yourself a break,  you're growing a baby.  That requires a little more food and weight gain:) Your body might not be the same after or it might be. Doesn't matter. You're beautiful either way.  Chin up;)
