I have had that my whole pregnancy, unfortunately it didn't make a diff what I ate, I would still feel hungry. Just try filling foods, pasta breads and healthy snacks. It did get easier when baby got bigger and I lost room in my stomache lol.
Eat some fiber, like fiber bars or something... I always eat lots of fruits to help with my appetite because then I eat as much as I want... lol Some kinds of chips also help with my hunger pangs and then they seem to leave me alone for the rest of the day.
Try getting some protein in, too...like peanut butter with crackers, apples or bananas; humus or some other bean dip with carrots, celery, or chips, and quick snacks like cheese are good for you and easy to grab and may help you fill up and stay full longer. Also make sure you are drinking plenty of H2O. ;)
Yup. I found it was cos my sicky tummy couldn't take huge meals but the small amount that I was eating often wasn't enough to sustain me. Please my body never knew when it was gonna miss out on nourishment by vomiting so it acted desperate to speak x
