prenatals..worried

I'm 26 weeks, I was taking the prenatals the doc prescribed me at first, which are of course one a day, I stopped taking them because I thought they had something to do with why I was so sick the first 3 months. I started taking these prenatals my sister sent me since I was about 2 months. They are called rainbow light complete prenatal system. Stupid me never read the back until 2 weeks ago...I thought one a day like the usual prenatal, it says I should be taking 3 pills twice a day! That's 6 pills!!, nowhere near the vitamins I should have been getting, should I be worried, I feel horrible that this whole time ive been taking so much less then I should have.

That's a ridiculous amount amount of pills to take good Lord. Look into the nature made liquid gels with dha and omega 3. They are very easy on tummy and highly recommended prenatals 1 a day. I love then I've been taking them since 3 months before we got pregnant. Im currently 33+6 :-)

I kept forgetting to take mine so I just stopped. Everything is perfectly healthy and I'm 40 weeks today! Don't panic about them too much. Take them as you should be.

I wouldn't be worried, just start taking the correct amount now. With my first, I didn't even find out I was pregnant until 14 weeks. Then it took me another 5 weeks to get into a doctor. And i was young and dumb and didn't even think about vitamins. She was and is perfectly healthy.
