Awesome!!. Thanks ladies. You'd think I've never done this before I have a 10 yr old and 3 yr old but with the excitement of everything idk where my heads at. 5 more weeks to go. I'll make a list tonight and start buying my personal hygiene stuff. I've got stuff for the baby already. How exciting!!.

Saver tip:

For bathroom products such as :

Body wash
Shampoo
Conditioner
Mouth wash
Lotion

Reuse medicine bottles (the ones that liquid cold medicine comes in)

Simply remove the labels wash with hot soapy water let dry and fill.with your product you already have at home!

Hear is the bonus:

NO LEAKS

With the children safety cap it's impossible for them to leak unless you press and turn!

Just thought I would pass it on!

Think a 3-4days stay.
So clothes, pack some maternity clothes because you'll not shrink straight away.
Don't forget to pack the essentials for your hubby as well.

Some clothes for the little one, including hat and mittens.
Maybe a teddy for the pictures with the newborn?
Camera + charger, an empty memory card and maybe even extra camera battery?

What is smart to do, is to buy extra phone chargers and have them packed already -this is easily forgotten in the rush of getting there.

Some belly oil/cream -you'll want to lather up properly to give your skin the best changes to recover.

Snacks, buy the things that won't spoil.. such as cookies, crackers, energy bars, candy etc etc.
You don't know how long it will be and how frequent they will offer you meals/snacks.

The things you'll use, such as make up -
make up remover,
headband is really good if you've got long hair.. you don't want your hair in your face when you're in labor.
toothbrush, tooth paste, hair brush, shower gel..
pads -buy the thick night ones -you might leak a bit afterwards.
nipple pads, again, the leaking..

for baby: wipes, diapers, soother, lotion/oil..

I'm sure there is more things.. just a start.
Anyway, good luck and congratulations on third trimester!! I'll be in my third in 2weeks time.

My suitcase is open/empty right next to my bed.. i plan to actually pack it when I go. I live in a small town so I'm never more than a few miles from my house or the hospital..
