thanks ladies! I didn't work out much before I got pregnant, I just started to get hip pain so I wanted to see if maybe work out will help. I'll ask the Dr before I start.
I just YouTube prenatal cardio routines. I danced and did pilates before getting pregnant, now I just do light versions of my same exercises.
I'm 34 weeks and just tried a pool exercise sequence that felt amazing. I would recommend it to anyone especially since it's easier on the joints.
Were you working out pre pregnancy?
The normal recommendations is that could can maintain doing the same things you already have been. Just don't try to do more, and as you get further along listen to your body and stop when you need to.
I wouldnt go to the gym. Grab a step stool and maybe some 1 lb. Weights and throw on some good music.
