Anytime you bring another child in to the family you are going to feel that way.  I am pregnant with my fourth and still feel the same.  With my 8 year old we are going to institute a "date night" hopefully weekly or biweekly.  Just the two of us.  My other children are younger so it will be easier to do one on one time once babe gets here.  You'll all do fine.but it will take some adjusting.  Good luck!

I feel the same with  my four yr old. Im 37+1 and have taken her with to all my dr appts and i think its cute cuz now she says "when is our baby coming?"
I would say, include him in the pregnancy and u/s. Or maybe try to remember what ur problem was with it & just talk to him. He sounds as if hes going to be a big.helper. Congrats & good luck
