I'm just a little worried. I had a cycle in October and didn't in November so the doctor told me to take five days of Provera 5mg and I should have some what of a cycle. I started it on Nov 13-17 and the 23-26 I had what I though was a cycle but I tested positive dec 4! How is this possible? Could I have been pregnant and still have some bleeding and not know? I didn't think to test until I had spotting after sex. I have no pain other than when I lay down it feel like pressure and pulling but nothing major and the spotting has stopped. Is everything ok?

First off congrats on your positive test!! Spotting is normal during early pregnancy as well as light cramping when achieving orgasm in sex. Your cervix becomes very vascular or rich in blood due to hormonal changes so any friction to it may cause some spotting.  If it becomes heavy and followed with strong cramps call your OB right away. Hope this helps:)
