So now im on keflex, zithromax, albuterol, zofran, tums, cough drops, robitussin dm, and got a shot of rocefin in the arse. How does an ear infection turn into pneumonia? ??? I didn't even know that was possible! And my doc says taking all these meds is safe but that seems like an awful lot to me.

And as for your pneumonia, I have no idea how a near infection could move down to your lungs. Maybe your immune system was busy trying to fight off the ear infection or some minor virus you'd picked up and the pneumonia managed to slip past?

I'm on a pile of meds too, I have albuterol, pulmicort, zantac, tums, vicodin, Tylenol, clindamycin, and aspirin.
We're not supposed to take aspirin while pregnant so my doctor would surely be disappointed in me if she knew, but at this point I don't care who approves of what, I have ten days left and my cavities are murdering me, I feel like my teeth are being crushed.
I'm also coming down with something, don't know what yet.
I'm sure they've done enough research to know if everything is safe together, even though it seems ridiculous to have this much medicine at any one time. I definitely sympathize with you.
