Can I be pregnant

Doctor,

I had an IUD put in in 2001. I had it removed MAR 20. I had my regular cycle on APR 1. Today is MAY 1 and no cycle. I took 2 test and negative they are. I have slight cramping in my lower abdomen area and nipples are really tender. I was wondering if I could be pregnant or can my cycle now be irregular. It has never been irregular before. What do you think I should do next.

Thank you

There is always the possiblity of pregnancy.  My sister can tell the minute she gets pregnant, she vomits the ENTIRE time.  She can tell she is pregnant before the tests show positive.

I have never used the IUD for birthcontrol.  I would talk to your doctor to see if maybe he or she could explain the after effects of using IUD.  When I stopped taking the pill my periods were all out of wack.

I hope you get your little blessing.
