Really nervous.. but hopeful!

Hi everyone.. i am due on april 13, really freaking out.. i had an ultrasound about 2 weeks ago.. and then my levels checked.. 4 times... i got a call from my ob telling me that this wasnt a viable pregnancy.. and that I should expect to start bleeding anytime... he was very rude.. and i will be changing ob's soon.  i KNOW i am still pregnant.. my levels were rising.. and while they were not rising EVERY 24 hours.. they ARE rising.. he told me that if i had not miscarried by thursday.. i will have another ultrasound to see whats goin on .. well.. i know i am still pregnant.. i can feel it.. and while sometimes i dont feel pregnant.. i know.. you know what i mean.. i am still pregnant.  pray for me you guys..as thursday is going to be either a really awesome day. or a really depressing one.... i cant imagine that there is not a baby in my stomach.  i just cant imagine that at all. i still have morning sickness.. off and on.. breast tenderness... tiredness.. etc etc.. i saw the babies heartbeat.. and it looked great as well.. so i am keeping my fingers crossed... will let you all know whats goin on on thurs...hope that everyone is doing very well.. and that everyone is taking care of themselves!!

I'm so sorry for what you're going through.  We lost a baby in March after seeing a good strong heartbeat at 7.5w, so I've been there.  We also lost 1 in April 2003 without ever seeing a baby or heartbeat.  It is a painful ordeal and I don't mean physically.  Just be really sure before you decide on any action (D&C or medicine).  Doctors and tests aren't all-knowing and aren't always right.

If you need to talk, I'm here too.

So sorry for your loss, i found forums similar to these ones but for loss of unborn babies very helpful to speak to others who knew what the grief and loss are like -both  for the individual you lost and for what could have been. Surround yourself with people who are understanding, and go easy on yourself, everyone grieves differently.

Warmest wishes, feel free to message me if you wish

just wanted to say thanks to everyone for their support... the doc called me today to let me know that the blood they drew on the fourth.. the hcg went from 4900. down to 3100.. and.. so ... ultimately... any hope that i did have.. is lost..  I will be getting my blood drawn once a month for the next several weeks to make sure levels are going down..i havent had any cramping. blood loss.. or any indication i am mc'ing....i am ok . ( sorta) at this point i just want to get on with my life.. and have this limbo feeling go away.... he said anywhere from now until two weeks to pass everything.. so.. thankyou again you guys.. your support has meant alot.. take care.. and lots of hugs and positive thoughts for everyone..

girl I have been there.  DR's are *** holes mine told that he doesnt even consider it a pregnancy till 11 weeks.  HCG levels double every 48 not 24 so tell him to screw.  I know that and I am not a dr.  Ignore it.  Do not discuss a d&c for anyreason.  My gyno scedualed me for one didnt tell me and then as a precusion checked for everything one more time and everything was fine.  God know dr's not so much.  It will be fine but stay off these sites they will just make you more scared!!!!  Best of luck
