should i be worried..

ok..
so i am 19weeks tomorrow and i havent really felt the baby move.. I was at the doctor on the 28th and they did an ultra sound and the baby was moving i could see it. the heart beat was good at 156 and the doctor said everything was measuring ok.
im sort of a heavy person.. im wondering if that is why i cant feel it yet.. what do you all think. is it reason for concern? when do i start getting worried? I dont have my next ultra sound till december the 1st. that is for check of the organs and sex. the hospital i go to is backed up and that was the earliest that they had. i will then be 23 weeks. uhh im starting to get nervous. i asked my doctor and he said any day now.. so i dont know i just want your oppion
please all respond..

I am sure that your little one is fine. Sometimes people don't feel their babies move until they are five months or further. If you are so concerned maybe you should just go buy a doppler to ease your mind after you hear your little ones heartbeat.  Are you able to see another doctor in the meantime? When I was preggers with my son, I didn't feel him until 5 months.
