Fatigue

Fatigue is starting to kick my butt again!! It is horrible when I go to meetings at work, I literally fall asleep and feel so bad but cant stop it!! I think my body is trying to tell me its time to not work.......but its not really an option.
At least I am getting close! If I go by my first due date of April 5 I am 35 weeks and if you go by my second due date of the 11th then I am 34 weesk, definatly hoping for sooner then later!!

I'm with ya girl....I get so winded it's almost embarrassing. I have no energy at work, and my calendar is stuffed full of meetings, job fairs, trainings I have to give, etc. I have no idea how I'm going to do it all before April 14. And let's not even go there with my house and cleaning. The husband helps some, but only if I nag. But then again, since he's getting no action, I feel like I have to be nicer. But yes, normally I have energy to spare, but I'm just so exhausted now I can hardly stay awake sometimes.

Have you tried to up your iron intake? As women we tend to run a little anemic, but pregnancy causes most of us to become even more iron deficient. You can either take more iron via vitamins (I take a raw iron supplement sold at Whole Foods) and/or start upping the amount of leafy greens your are eating. One way to do that is to drink green smoothies. I add dandelions greens, spinach and kale to my daily smoothie. You would be surprised, but even with carrying twins I am not feeling tired at all and I am almost 36 weeks- anything that may help with worth a try!

I know, my husband is not good at the planning stuff. I doubt washing clothes/blankets/bedding has even crossed his mind! he doesn't do much around the house either unless I ask, but I have been pushing my luck asking him to do more since I am so huge and I think he feels sorry for me :)
Work is work, I have meetings all the time and i work one on one with patients all day talking, so by the end of the day I have NO brain power left!
