OMG!!

I went to the doctor yesterday and Jayden is head down, way down! And i am 3cm dialated and im only 36 weeks! what can i do to get my cervix to dialate more and get these contractions going?

I went to the doctor yesterday with lower back pain and i was still 3 cm. But today i been having really sharp pains inside my vagina is that my cervix dialating more?

You may want to mention it to your dr. I started at 36 when I started my weekly visits.

at 36 weeks you may not want to try anything to induce labor just yet. Let that bun finish cooking. I would recomend at 37 weeks (full term) start walking , having alot of sex and nipple stimulation. Also try bouncing on a exercise ball to try to incourage your cervix to dialate more. Im 39 weeks and only 2 cm dialated so far. Good luck to you and keep us posted on your progress :)

Well they started checking my cervix 34 weeks and then he checked me at 36 weeks. at 34 my cervix is still closed but at 36 weeks i was 3 cm. i got another appointment monday. But im thinking i may have just had my first contraction. how long does a contraction last?
