Then i started to fell what i can only describe as mild contractions  they arent extremely painfull but enough for me to stop whatever im doing until it passes. I dont think i would be dehydrated i drink water and munch on ice all day... I pretty much have a cup in my hand 24/7.... And yes it was much needed and felt good at first but def by the time we were both done my body said no more  i had a sensation beyond throbbing... This may be tmi but even after he tried to go back in and not only was it painful my down below regions felt like it was swollen shut... He didnt believe me that it hurt so bad until he realized he how tight it was and he couldnt go back in. He thought i was just making it uo so i didnt have to do it again...

I'm no expert, but that sort of sounds like what happened to me the last time I tried to have sex. I was throbbing afterwards, for lack of a better word, which is why I haven't had sex in a long time LOL! When I get those Braxton Hicks-type of contractions (which sounds like what you are describing), I just down a TON of water and they seem to subside. Could you be dehydrated at all?
