anyone have stretchmarks?

Hi ladies!!! I have them on my butt lol but nothing on my stomach.  This is our first baby do this is all new to me. I was wondering at what point in your pregnancy did you get them on your belly? I know its mainly heriditary but any information is helpful thanks!

Aww they go away eventually. I think a woman is MOST beautiful during pregnancy...You look AWESOME btw....

I am to be honest with you ladies, TERRIFIED to get them anywhere else. My hubby says, "you tie-ga now" in like an asian voice. He is so silly. LOL. I feel so unattractive ugh. It is amazing how much your body changes.

well my first one I looked like a watermelon :( but I got em at 8 months. my boobs.. oh my. I got em at 6 months. this one, I don't think that ill get them that much.. hopefully cause I've lost 23lbs. but I can tell I'm starting to get more hungry.. so I'm trying to keep that under control so I don't look like a watermelon this time. lol.

I think in large part it depends on your body type & how you gain weight. I don't gain weight on my abdomen or upper body, it goes right to my butt & legs. ;-) Last pregnancy, I got marks on my butt & much later a couple on my boobs, but none on my tummy. So far, no new ones yet, but we will see. I think it is key to keep your weight gain slow & steady, vs. too fast.

I only got a few small ones on my stomach the last 3 weeks of my last pregnancy and I gained 65 lbs. It is not a guarantee you will get a lot a few or none. I used Palmers cocoa butter regligiously during that pregnancy so maybe that is why I got lucky. So far none during this pregnancy yet.

So far I haven't gotten any with either of my previous pregnancies...I THINK I've got a few small ones on my side with this pregnancy, but I also have scars there from a childhood accident so I'll just have to wait and see, lol.

I have some on my breasts from when I was a teenager (I had D/DD's in middle school) but they've faded to nothing now, so I hope that even if I do end up getting stretchmarks they'll eventually fade..but if they don't, I'll wear 'em proudly :-).

with my daughter i had none up untill 30 weeks ish then i got them allover my legs nowhere else just lots from the waist down no new ones so far but im sure theyll come.

I didnt get any stretch marks with my son until I was almost 7 mos then it was like they exploded on me..I had them from my belly button down..on my upper thighs and even on the back of my knees oh and we cant forget the boobs too..thankfully my stretch marks were very thin and after my son they faded a lot and you really cant tell that i had them unless you really look..so far with this pregnancy I dont have any at all and I hope i dont exploded in them again! lol.. The things our bodies have to go through to get our babies here is amazing to me..

With my son, I got a circle of stretch marks around my belly button and high on my thighs when I was about 5-6mos. So far, I have none on my stomach but some light ones on the front of my thighs. Fingers still crossed cus you never know!
