I don't think it is of concern until about 36 weeks. My last pregnancy was footling breech and I had to have a c sect, recovery was no where near as difficult as I had expected it to be.

I wouldn't stress too much as your baby still has lots of time to move around and get into the correct presentation. However, a breech baby doesn't mean that you absolutely have to have a c- section either.  A woman is perfectly capable of delivering a breech baby, but it is hard to find a doctor that is comfortable in assisting. This is because doctors are no longer trained in how to handle breech deliveries, but it is possible to find some that are. Just remember that this is your birth and that it is your choice to deliver how to please.

You have a lot of time left in your pregnant and baby is going to move a lot during that time. At this point you still have room enough for baby to move up down and sideways. And how she is today is not is not a guarantee that you are going to need a C-section, if you were 39 weeks then maybe. At this point there is time for her to move and of course time for her to move back to facing down. Try not to worry about it at this point. Ask your Dr. about techniques to help the baby move back down, I don't know what they are but I do know there are tricks people will do to encourage baby to move. Good Luck!!
