Just take it one day at a time. Allow people close to you to help you when they offer and enjoy both your beautiful babies:) It will be tough but you'll be fine..You are WOMAN hear you ROAR....
I have no advice because I am going to be going through the exact same thing (actually my daughter will be 2 years and 5 months)! I know it is going to be tough, especially the first couple of weeks but I know eventually I will learn and figure things out!! You can do it~!!
