Im 17 weeks and in the beginning of my pregnancy i lost 19 pounds but now i have gained 8.8 back and i went to the doctor yesterday and the doctor told me not to worry about it cause i still have a long ways to go in the pregnancy
It's not unusual to gain more weight in the beginning. I know a few ladies that gained the bulk of the baby weight in the beginning. If you can, take a walk every day. It will help with the stress and also fights baby bloat and fatigue.
Try to eat healthier. You probably don't want to lose weight while you are pregnant (depending on prepregnancy weight) but gaining too much weight isn't healthy either. Getting more exercise might help also. There are alot of books and websites that give some great tips like "what to expect when you're expecting" but talk to your doctor first.
