scary dreams

I am 14w3d and I have gone from having craxy dreams to scary dreams where I'm having losing the baby or I have in someway hurt the baby, I am a ftm and they are really really messing with me emotionally. And it doesn't help that I am still sick throwing up and sinus problems and I can't get any rest

My dreams have been vivid...and weird. In one I was beating someone'a butt with a black foamy baseball bat! What? Lol I also had a couple of "racy" dreams.  A dream where my husband was a twin, and a dream where I was paralyzed in a dark place and couldn't wake up. I think it's just hormones. If you have a scary dream, and you wake up, don't fall asleep in the same position. Turn your body to the other side and keep flopping till the dream vanishes. It works for me.

Ive had really vivid dreams the whole time I've been pregnant these are just really buggin me.

I made a post in here about a nightmare I had when I was a little after 15wks. Called I have a confession. It when yoi are pregnant you are more prone to vivid nightmares. Also room temperature can influence the intensity of the dreams. I feel for you, but over all I take my nightmares as a good sign that you are concerned for your babys wellbeing. :) head up girlie
