Castor Oil Update ***

Hi ladies. So I'm 39 weeks. I've been having contractions the last couple of days and I've been dilated for weeks. So I decided to take some castor oil (2 tbsp's) today at about 10:30 am. It is now 5:30 pm and I have had absolutely NOTHING happen. No diaherra , no vomiting, no contractions no nothing. Its like I didn't take anything at all. Should I take more?

It didn't for me either. Like literally no side effects or anything. I'm going to my doctors appointment Tuesday, and if any things changed I'm going to try again .

I did 2 oz at 1cm today mixed with pineapple and ginger tea. It is now 8:54 and other than diaherra and a few BH earlier I haven't had anything amazing happen.

My mom keeps telling me to do 2ounces and to mix it with orange juice. I'm too chicken to do it.
