I drink ice water and eat bread when I have it. It can be quite painful! Hope one of the remedies help!

I eat fresh strawberries and drink tons of milk... I've been getting it bad*** closer to the end of pregnancy. Maybe we won't have bald babies lol.

Jayne is right. Apple cider vinegar will help you! I take it every night and never had heartburn or acid reflux. There are so many more benefits to drinking it, one of them helping your digestive track and preventing constipation

I drink a ton of ice water to help control it. Also try to not eat before laying down. Seems to be getting worse the closer I'm getting to my due date.
I heard milk helps and eating a piece of bread. Good luck! It really can be very uncomfortable.

Milk helps me sometimes. But mostly a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar followed by some ice water had taken care of my indigestion and acid reflux. The apple cider vinegar with the "mother" works best. It takes care of it all day! I googled it to make sure my midwife wasn't nuts... but it works! It helped my nausea in the first trimester too.
