40 weeks... Still very pregnant...

Today is the day. Due date that is. I'm afraid I will have to be induced, which is scary since I don't have a lot of options because this is my try for a VBAC.
I was only 1 cm and 50% effaced 6 days ago. I've had some irregular and spread out contractions and also some pretty regularly 20 min contractions (mostly on Sunday.) The contractions don't hurt either, just the "hard belly" tightening feeling.
I've taken my toddler to the park and chased her around, drank camomile tea, detail cleaned most of the house, bounce on the yoga ball, and have done squats, lunges and wall sits. Now that the rain has stopped again I will be taking my daughter on a walk (or two or three) everyday also.
My next appointment isn't until Friday and we will be discussing induction if I don't  dilate a lot more before then (or go into active labor.)
:( I'm just ready to meet her & not be pregnant anymore.

Awe! I hope everything works out for you as well!
I know what you mean about not wanting to be induced.  Especially since I had a csection last time. They are less likely to let me labor as long and will only really do the cervical ripening (not full on induction). I don't want anything like pitocin anyway, just really hoping to not have another csection which is looking harder and harder. Hopefully, we can both go into labor on our own before it gets too late!!

My little one is now 5 days late...I have an appointment and ultrasound on Thursday because I will be 41 weeks. But unless she decides to come naturally before Thursday, I will have to be induced. Which I really didn't want at all, but I'm to the point where I just hate being pregnant still. I just want her in my arms already! But good luck momma! I hope everything works out for you

Not camomile tea,  I meant raspberry leaf... I think I was just thinking about how I've really missed camomile tea. Lol.
