I am a pharmacist and work 12 hour shifts.  I usually do not get to sit much throughout the day, as I do not get breaks. I am 23 weeks and haven't had any swelling yet, but my legs and back frequently hurt.

I'm at 23 weeks and im a nurse. I used to work 12 hours a day but thankfully I recently switched department where I work 8 hour shifts. It's really hard at times. Just need to limit yourself n take breaks when you can. Stay hydrated n eat protein.

I'm right there with y'all. Luckily, my bosses have been working with me, and have cut my hours back a lot, and dont left me lift/carry much of anything. My shifts don't last longer than 4-5 hours, besides a 15 hour one last year. Just don't overdue anything, always ask for help!

I'll be 24 weeks on tuesday and i am a closing bartender at a sports bar so I spend long hours on my feet all the time also, plus since its closing its late at night often til 3am. :( it's not recommended to spend alot of time on our feet because of swelling and other things but just make sure you relax and put your feet up for a couple of hours after your shift. Plus further along you won't want to spend that long on your feet :)
