scheduled induction.. nervous

I am scheduled to be induced Sunday night. Anybody know the process?

They will give you pitocin to start your contractions,  break your water and keep checking on you until your fully dialated..  It's just like natural labor except they force the start of it for you..  I was induced with my first 2 and may need to be induced with this one too.. Good luck!

by the time you reach 4cm you should be almost completed soft if not they out another pill inside witch is normal then after a while they check you when you reach roughly 6cm they will go in and break your water and from there the real fun begins the give you pitocin witch will kick your contractions into gear and your baby should arrive with in a couple hours

sip first the out you on monitors then they check to see how dilated and soften you are. If your barely open and not soften at all they start with pills that they insert to soften your cervix witch should help you dilate naturally if you don't opening your own they'll insert this thing called a folley bulb witch is essentially a deflated ballon thing on a cord and they inflate it inside then gradually pull it out witch open you to about 4cm then they check you some more

Hi dear, mine is Sunday morning. No idea besides that I will be given misoprostol pills first then pitocin ink as needed
Asked me to take all my jewelery off, no nail polish, no shaving down
No other major instructions
